How Our Return Policy Works
Condition of the Item:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags.
- Keep the receipt or proof of purchase handy.
Initiating the Return:
- Contact us at returns@haussentials.com or via the contact us page to start the return process.
- We will provide instructions and the appropriate return address.
- Do not send items back without prior communication.
- For damaged or defective items, please include clear photos of the damage or defect along with your return request.
Shipping and Handling:
- Once your return is accepted, we will provide a shipping label and instructions for sending the package back to us.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@haussentials.com. We will promptly resolve the issue.
- Please include photos of the damaged or defective item(s) when you contact us.
Items Ineligible for Return:
- Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom products (e.g., tailor-made items)
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- For specific inquiries about ineligible items, contact us for clarification.
Unacceptable Returns:
Haussentials will not accept the following unreasonable disputes:
- The buyer does not like the item.
- The product description is not real.
- Products smell unusual.
- The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.
- The shipping address was provided incorrectly (after order has been shipped).
- Product differences were negotiated in advance.
- Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
- Packages returned/discarded/detained due to the consignee’s failure to comply with customs clearance in line with the foreign trade policies of certain countries.
Exchanges:
- For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted. This ensures a faster processing time.
European Union Shoppers:
- If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel or return your order. Ensure the item is in its original condition, as specified above.
Return Window Extension:
- During the period from December 10 to December 31, 2024, we offer an extended return window of 40 days from the delivery date.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

Return Fees:
- Remorse Returns: No return shipping fee will be charged.
- Defective Returns: No return shipping fee will be charged.
