Shipping policy
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer free shipping on all orders over $15.00 within the United States. Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days and are shipped from one of our warehouses within 4-5 business days of the order being placed. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery typically occurs within 1 to 2 weeks, but please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive.
3. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to a select number of countries. The list of countries will be displayed at checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders can take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
3. Expedited Shipping
For customers who need their orders more quickly, we offer expedited shipping options:

The cost of expedited shipping is based on the weight of your order and will increase for heavier packages. The exact cost for expedited shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Expedited shipping options are subject to cutoff times and may not be available for all products or locations. Please note that expedited shipping refers to transit time once the order has shipped, not to order processing time. During peak periods, order processing may take longer than usual.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Certain items due to their size, weight, or because they are hazardous materials, may have shipping restrictions. These items may not be eligible for expedited shipping or shipping to PO Boxes or Military (APO/FPO) addresses.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your order through the link provided in the email.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive your order and it is damaged or if your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@haussentials.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All international orders may be subject to taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Haussentials is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
